hex editor dosen't work

I made 2 hexs in Hexeditor, then saved them named as Tree 2 and Dense Trees. Now only Tree 2 shows in my custome tiles but when i place it, it is just a plane base tile without the trees i put on the tile. Dense Trees is just not in there even though i made and saved it several times under different names
