New options to distance, scale.

Would it be possible to further rescale the size of objects? Especially when placing a small monster or NPC, like a fairy or a flaming skull. It would also be great to have some sort of "school rule" in feet to measure distances more precisely, and spell template (circle, line...) like owlbear rodeo
