3D export failure

I am unable to get the actual file to generate and export. I keep only getting one tile, and it is NOT what i made and wanted exported. i dont even get to name the file itself either. this is vert frustrating as i wanted this program to mainly use for 3D printing and have had ZERO ability to do so yet.
