Bug Report feature not showing attached files

When submitting a bug report there is an "Attachment" section that allows for either Drag & Drop or browsing to attach a file. If a file is browsed to and selected, or if a file is dragged into the window, there is no confirmation that a file was added. It continues to say "Drag & drop a file or browse", making it unclear whether a file was added and the menu did not change or if the attachment feature is not yet functional.
