Fatal Error when attempting to rotate hex

selected coastline hex shape. Replicated four times (5x5 hex map). Selected and removed 2 hexes. Selected the 2nd hex that was rotated and repeatedly attempted to rotate it (both uniform and random) nothing happened. On about the 4th attempt, fatal error occurred.
