saved maps on load screen shaking...

the maps seem to move back and forth rapidly. Took a screen capture (can't send via this bug reporting tool, if you'd like to see the video capture, please reply to docpyro64@gmail.com with an email that would work best on your end of things) and it only shows one shift of the screen, however it moves much faster than that (~10x faster to be exact).
