Flickering lighting with high quality presets

Whenever I use the program, the lighting starts to flicker, sooner or later. The flickering is stronger and starts earlier with high resolution and higher quality graphics presets. I useally use QHD resolution and varying quaslity presets. Sadly this impacts my eyes heavily and makes Master of Realms nearly unusable right now.
