probably a bug or not implemented yet

Today i try to create a map and export it for 3d print, to see the quality of STL file, in some tile I add some detail but i dont find them so for exaple i recreate a map of just one tile and again the detail are not exported, but i have only the base tile export. Is it a future feature? or is it a bug? I see that the print menu is locked in some features so probably it is simply not implemented yet
