rotate selected, clicked translate tool, crash

Was trying to figure out how to rotate a placed tile (still haven't been able to do that) and decided to click on translate to see if I could at leat move it and crash. Hopefully you have minidumps sending to you, but if not, I have one. will attemp to re-create and provide more detail.
